WERNER launch out CTseries pure sine wave inverter alternator for users with high demand of power quality, which are widely applied in wind power system, hydro power system, marine system and so on. Alternator integrate PMA with intelligent electronic system, which is simple, safe and easy to install.
Adopt outer stator structure and high efficiency heat dispassion structure to promise the stability of alternator running at low speed,overcome the power reduction problem which caused by rare earth magnetic chronic degradation in high temperature environment.The Inverter is SPWM pulse width modulation mode, of efficiency 93.5% from DC to AC,with 32-bit MCU as the core of intelligent processor, strong operation ability and rapid response, simple circuit structure,stable frequency and voltage whose stability within ±1% when the fluctuation of voltage of PMG reach 12% caused by speed variation. Inverter together with high efficiency PMA ,the comprehensive efficiency≥89%, strong anti-jamming capability and output rare pure sine wave power.
In order more widely and flexibly to use CT series alternator, there is PMG AVR optional for customers as to actual conditions, which is more simple and safe comparing to mechanical steady speed system. Meanwhile, PMG AVR can also output antilogical parameter to leave an application terminal for further energy saving
Characteristic of pure sine wave Alternator
1. Overload protection: work in allowed temperature, Current≥1.2*rated current, it will protect after 10-20mins.
2. Over temperature protection: There is over temperature protection for alternator(≥5kw). Output power will come down once the temperature of inverter radiator rising up, and then the alternator will auto-stop to protect according to the working environment(the protect limit parameter as follows).
Allowed working temperature:≤85±5%℃
3. Line fault protection: The Inverter will auto stop when load abnormal or short current.
4. Output protection: In case of trouble the alternator will auto stop voltage output to protect electric load. There will be a indication reminder of over-voltage and output antilogical parameter when PMG overspeed.
